This program is designed to provide residents with safe and convenient recycling of any unwanted electronic device or household chemical. If you live in one of the above communities, please click on your community to start the collection process.
In conjunction with your municipality, Noble Environmental Specialty Recycling provides residents with a complimentary Curbside HHW and Electronics Recycling Collection for hard to recycle items. These items include electronic devices, household hazardous waste, and universal wastes.
After completion of an online registration for the program, residents will receive an email confirmation for their upcoming scheduled date. Residents will receive a collection package in the mail at least 7 days prior to their scheduled collection. Residents with household hazardous waste will receive a package with the following items:
- Collection Bag
- Zip Tie to Close the Bag
- Directions for the Resident
- List of Accepted Items
Residents with only electronic or universal wastes will NOT receive a collection bag or a zip tie. On the day of your scheduled collection, please make sure that electronic devices and/or bagged household hazardous wastes are placed at least 10 FEET from the curb and are visible from the road. Removal of your items will occur between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on your scheduled date. Please ensure your items are placed out prior to 7:00 am.
All chemicals must be clearly labeled and securely sealed. Containers greater than 5 gallons in size will NOT be accepted. If you have containers that are larger than 5 gallons in size, please contact customer service to determine the best solution.

After completion of an online registration for the program, residents will receive an email confirmation for their upcoming scheduled date. On the day of your scheduled collection, please make sure that electronic devices are placed at least 10 FEET from the curb and are visible from the road which your house is addressed.
Removal of your items will occur between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm on your scheduled date. Please ensure your items are placed out prior to 6:00 am.

There is no cost to you. This service is provided by your Municipality in conjunction with your trash service.
No, our technicians are not allowed to enter your home, garage, or shed.
Place your items at least 10 feet from the curb or near your front door. Please make sure the items are clearly visible from the road in which your home is addressed. Do NOT place your items near your trash can on trash day.
Yes, each collection bag holds a maximum of 16 gallons. There is a limit of 1 bag per collection and 3 electronic devices per collection.
No, you will choose an upcoming collection date and complete an online registration. Once registration is complete, you will be emailed a confirmation message and instructions for your collection.
Your items will be removed anytime between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on your scheduled collection date.
You do not need to be present. Please ensure that your items are clearly visible and have been placed out before 7:00 am on your scheduled date.
