Approved waivers are good for up to 3 months.

Upon expiration of the approved waiver, collection service and billing will resume unless the contact person/owner requests a new exemption for the vacant property.

Eligibility is approved based on your municipal contract. You are required to provide a utility bill showing no consumption as proof of vacancy, and the trash account balance must be paid in full before the waiver is granted.

This form along with a utility bill must be received at least 10 days before the vacancy start date. No credit will be given for any days prior. Documents can be emailed or sent via mail to the address below.
