Noble Environmental, the parent company of County Hauling and Westmoreland Sanitary Landfill, is making $25,000 in donations to area charities this summer – it’s a project they call Christmas in July! One of them is the Brentwood Borough Military Banner Project. Noble’s donation will offset the cost of producing and installing the banners.
